    • Reduced manual collection time by 98% in the automation of extracting 11,000+ reproductive health news articles using Python to map legislative trends from 1991 to present.
    • Building a detailed database of reproductive health policies across 82 provinces and 1,642 cities and municipalities in the Philippines, consolidating ordinances and resolutions as part of an ongoing effort to create a unified repository.
    • Liaising with the Sangguniang Panlalawigan and Sangguniang Panglungsod (local legislative bodies), as well as Freedom of Information (FOI) offices and the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), to request legislative records, verify policy data, and coordinate policy documentation efforts.
    • Conducting qualitative research through on-site interviews with local government units (LGUs) and non-profit organizations in Central Luzon and Metro Manila to gather insights into policy implementation.
    • Appointed as first-ever first-semester freshman research assistant in the Economics department.

    • Developed predictive maps and spatial models to identify high-risk areas and inform national strategies for disease control and prevention.

    Chiang Mai University, Chiang Mai, Thailand
    • Wrangled outbreak data from Khon Kaen and Lamphun, with 85 and 40 municipal areas respectively, to create a comprehensive dataset for analyzing the spread of Lumpy Skin Disease Virus in livestock across Thai provinces.
    • Drafted the introduction and contributed to the discussion section of the research with results on maps, geographical characteristics, management practices, and insect abundance.
